Working principle of battery level alarm

Installation instructions for battery level alarm

1. Before installation, ensure that the battery level alarm body and the induction liquid injection valve are complete and properly connected.

2. Remove the water injection valve from the battery cell where the positive pole of the lead acid battery group is located, and leave the water port empty.

3. Install the induction liquid injection valve into the empty water port (ensure that the induction rod does not touch the lead grid in the battery when installing).

4. Tear off the adhesive back of the battery liquid level alarm and stick it to the visible place of the equipment (such as next to the seat of the forklift and tractor. Make sure that the adhesive part is clean and not easy to be scratched before pasting to prevent accidental falling off).
