It takes 10 to 20 hours to remove the hard lead sulfate that has crystallized in the cell.

After discharging the battery to 10.5V, deep discharge with the bulb for 1-5 hours. It is then activated and serviced using a dedicated battery activating instrument.

If single battery short-circuit or fault is detected, use a soldering iron to open the sealant of single battery. Remove the connecting strips at both ends of the single battery, and then take out the plate group of the single battery. The curvature of the plate should be corrected, or a new plate set should be replaced.

The battery is then reinstalled, the removed connection strips are installed, and after sealing, the repaired battery must be charged separately, and finally the entire battery pack should be charged, and the relative density of electrolytes in each cell should be adjusted.
